All Great Western Trailers are built to order in Australia based on agreed specifications. For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind once production has commenced.

If a trailer has a genuine fault, your rights are protected under Australian Consumer Law. All trailers include a 12 month warranty covering mechanical and minor manufacturing issues. Any approved warranty issues will be repaired by Great Western Trailers within the warranty period. This warranty does not cover misuse, overloading, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
